Discipulus LLC, a Michigan Limited Liability Company ("us", "we", or "our"), operates the https://discipulus.app website and any subdomains, and the Discipulus mobile app (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform").
This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Platform and the choices you have associated with that data.
We use your data to provide and improve the Platform. By using the Platform, you (the "Subscriber", "you", or "your") agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

We may also collect information on how the Platform is accessed and used ("Usage Data"). - To monitor the usage of the Platform
- To detect, prevent and address technical issues
Sharing of Data
If you are subscribed to the Platform through a Group Subscription, the following data may be shared with your organization's administrators:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Age group
- Current Degree
- Usage data (such as how often you have used the Platform and your last activity date/time)
Transfer Of Data
Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.
If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to the United States and process it there.
In order to provide a high-available service, backups of data may be stored outside of the United States through our Platform Providers.
Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer and storage.
Customer lists and information are properly considered assets of a business. Accordingly, if we merge with another entity or if we sell our assets to another entity, our customer lists and information, including your Personal Data you have provided us, would be included among the assets that would be transferred.
Discipulus LLC will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.

Security Of Data

Platform Providers

- Analytic Partners. We may use partners to monitor and analyze the use of our Platform. They include:
- Companies that track how users interact with web sites and mobile apps
- Advertising Partners. These parties help us market the Platform and provide you with offers that may be an interest to you. They include:

- Parties You Authorize, Access, or Authenticate
- Third parties you access through the Platform

Deletion of Information
If you wish to remove personal information from the Platform, you must contact us using the contact information provided below to terminate your Discipulus account.
You may request the removal of your personal information from the Platform at any time. You understand and agree, however, that we may retain any anonymous statistical data.
Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, some information may be retained in our logs, security platforms, or backups to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms of Use and/or comply with legal requirements.
Links To Other Sites
Our Platform may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.
We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.
Children's Privacy
Our Platform does not address anyone under the age of 13 ("Children").
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
